  • Appointment duration can vary depending on the experience opted for and the stylist's availability. Generally, our hair color & extension experiences can take anywhere from 2 to 5 hours.

  • No, we do not offer group packages & discounts for special occasions such as weddings, proms, and other events.

    If your outcome does not match your expectations, we are committed to making any minor adjustments that align with the original consultation and stylist within 7 days of the original service.

    Major adjustments or requests beyond 7 days after the original appointment will require full payment
