The PROCESS

  • Shaded Hair Co.’s one-on-one sessions are tailored to your needs & goals as a stylist. It starts with an in-depth consultation where we:

    • Analyze your business structure.

    • Identify your strengths & pain points/struggles when it comes to color and hair extensions installation/knowledge.

    • Set achievable goals for your future.

    • Review any questions you may have about pricing, photography techniques, extension techniques, growing your clientele & more.

  • On the day of your one-on-one session, Shaded Hair Co. will schedule a real-life guest to showcase the UNDERCOVER METHOD.

    • This will be a chance for you to observe all the steps taken by Shaded Hair Co. pros to create a remarkable experience for our guests.

    • We will go over custom color & extension techniques to help you perfect your craft.

    • You will have the privilege of shadowing every step of the process & learn how to apply your new skills with ease.

  • We believe that practice makes perfect, and we want you to be confident & equipped to deliver the best experience to each and every one of your clients. A few weeks after your hands-on training session, Shaded Hair Co. will follow up with you to:

    • Identify any areas where you may need additional learning.

    • Sharpen your skills.

    • Review any finals questions or struggles you may have encountered as you’ve practiced & applied all that you’ve learned.
